Aishleen has lived and breathed the underpinning principles of Mindset & Transformation. She has experienced significant life & motherhood challenges which now form the rock solid foundation of her coaching. She has also studied with some of the Best in the Industry and has a wealth of knowledge in this field.

In addition to her lived experience and high level studies, Aishleen also draws on her 20 year nursing career where she specialised in mentorship, education, communication and facilitation, thus adding to her coaching skillset. Aishleen also holds a BSc in Nursing, a Post-graduate Certificate in Adult Nursing (Specialist Practice), a MSc in Nursing.

Aishleen offers her online programme and regular one to one coaching to supports her clients to Transform their Mind and their LIFE.
